The best result from MRI equipment can be achieved in an environment free of electromagnetic interference. Such environment is created in a shielded enclosure engineered by Tajhizat Pezeshki Pishrafteh. Only within this enclosure, those screening characteristics which are the basis for consistent diagnostic quality and operational reliability can be obtained. TPP can Supply the shielded enclosure fully furnished on a turn-key basis with full warranty. We work closely with architects, contractors and equipment supplier to achieve the implementation of the work at minimum cost. We are the first Manufacturer of RF Shielding in Iran and the Middle East.

Basic Components:
1.RF shielding system for walls, ceiling and floor using 0.14 mm thick copper foil
as the shielding material. Copper is a superior conductive and unlike some other materials conventionally used for similar purpose, is safe to use in situation where in direct contact with concrete and other building materials. 1.24 Kg of copper is used per square meter. The shield layer is insulated from earth and insulation resistance will be more than 1000 ohm.
The walls panels are padded with a layer of rock wool covered with aluminum foils. The signal between 10MHz to 150MHz, the range suitable with the system to be installed, will be attenuated by over 100db.
2.Dedicated entry door with fail-safe roller latch and hospital style handle
finished with lamination on both sides.
Normal door size 120Wx210H cm.

3.Observation window with Triple layer glass. Its design allows a clear view of the patient by the operator.
Normal window size 90Wx120H cm.
4.Wave-guide air vents provide utmost reliability and RF performance and at the same time allows easy flow of air. The number and size of the vents will be made according to the approved drawings and will meet the requirement of the air conditioning system of the room.

5. Power/Signal Line filters provided for lighting and service outlets.
6.Wave-guide feed through for medical gas lines and for optical fibers.
7.Brass ground bar with multiple connections allows the filters and other components to be connected to ground.

8.Electric cabling needed for the lighting and other required connections inside the room.
9.Cabling duct accommodates the cables connecting the penetration panel to the magnet.
Finishing:
1.Floor tiles 610 x 610 mm to cover the examination room. The tiles are bonded to the RF floor system using commercial double sided adhesive tape.

2.Acoustic suspended false ceiling comprising framed aluminum tiles
600 x 600 mm with air diffuser tissue to prevent debris and dust fall through and covered with rock wool panels to provide acoustic insulation.
3.Pre-finished gypsum wall panels 1200 mm wide with cover strip between them. The panels are removable.
4.Ambient lighting system includes ceiling and wall lights to provide sufficient light for the operation and to perform magnet service.
If required, samples or images of some of the finishing materials used can be provided.

Other services:
1.Site Planing of the site showing details of dimensions, openings and placement of components.
2.Full installation by a supervisor and trained technicians. The installation takes 14 to 21 days.
3.RF qualification test will be carried out to certify the shielding system has met the specifications of the manufacturer of the MR magnet. The test can be performed in the presence of the customers or the magnet manufacturer's representative.
4.Seismic anchoring bolts will be fixed on the floor of the RF shielded room.

Production, Shipping and delivery:
Once received the final approved drawings, the manufacturing of the rooms will commence which normally takes around 2 to 5 weeks.
All the components of the room are suitably crated for shipment.
Warranty:
The standard warranty is two years from the completion of the final acceptance test.
Damages to the RF room components caused by humidity or water penetration invalidates the warranty.
Extended period of warranty can be negotiated.
Options:
• In case, customer recognizes the need for the supplier to inspect the site or help in the architectural drawings or provide any other assistance, separate charge has to be agreed.
• The transfer of the magnet into the room can be carried out by our personnel for a separate charge.
• Cast aluminum false flooring and tiling for the technique room including installation.
• Additional power/signal line filters.
• Additional finger strips for the door.
• Additional layer of rock wool, 5 cm thick, for better sound insulation.
