Tajhizat Pezeshki Pishrafteh is a limited liabilities company established in 1986 by a group of engineers with more than two decades of experience in the field of service of medical equipment.

Following five years of successful operation, the company was picked up by General Electric Healthcare Technologies as its sole service agent in Iran in 1991 and later on was appointed as GE authorized distributor. The company holds ISO 9001-2000 certificate of quality.

The technical abilities of the company’s manpower force and the desire of the management to transfer know-how into the country directed the company to establish its factory in the industrial city of Hashtgerd (120 km southwest of Tehran) in 1998.The factory (6000 Sqm area) is now the site where RF cages (enclosures needed for MRI systems) are being manufactured. The finished quality and technical reliability of the cages has made Pishrafteh one of the widely recommended manufacturer of these enclosures. Apart from Iran, RF cages have, so far, been installed in Pakistan, UAE and Morocco. In addition, the factory is engaged in the assembling of some of GE equipment imported in the form of SKD CKD. Also many of pre-owned medical system are refurbished in the factory . Pishrafteh employs now over one hundred highly educated and skilled manpower.
